When a federal holiday occurs on one of our shipping days, orders will be shipped the following business day. We understand the importance of receiving your order quickly, so we will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. Depending on your location, your package usually arrives within 2 to 4 days from shipping. Most orders are received within 3 days from shipping, so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your purchase. However, we recognize that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to rectifying any errors that may occur. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made a mistake by sending the wrong item or size. In those cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will issue a refund only if the item(s) you want are no longer in stock if the mistake is on our end. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with exceptional service.

We understand that sometimes, things don't always work out, and you may need to return an item. If you purchased something that wasn't quite right, we're here to help. We want to make the process as easy and efficient as possible for you, so we're happy to offer a hassle-free return policy. Please note, however, that the most economical and cost-effective way to return an item is not always through USPS Priority or USPS Overnight. You must start the return process within 7 days of receipt and ensure the item(s) are unworn and free of any marks, we'll gladly issue you a store credit for your purchase. If you'd like the items returned to you, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

Once the returned item arrives, we take up to 5 business days to thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility standards. Our customers must be satisfied with their purchases, and we take the upkeep of our standards seriously. Once the product has been inspected and deemed acceptable, store credit will be issued to you promptly.
